Your food will arrive cold or frozen in an insulated box š¦. Each item has a production label with the date of production and expiry.

Our meals come professionally sealed in glass jars with a shelf life of 7 days when stored in the fridge at 4 degrees Celsius. Once the jar is opened, food should be consumed within 48hrs (while still kept in the refrigerator)š.

Frozen products need to go into the freezer and have a shelf life of 1-3 months depending on the product.
